About Our Project
The Beginning
This project began in 2023 as a class project. After visiting the Freedom Summer memorial located on Miami University’s campus, where the training took place at what was then the Western College for Women, we were inspired by the word “Interactive” and wanted to bring the Freedom Summer story to life.
With encouragement from our professor, Zack Tucker, this project went beyond classroom walled and continued with us through the remainder of our undergraduate program.
About Us
Kylee Halter, JoJo Peregrina and David Shuppert are graduates of the BFA Communication Design program at Miami University as of Spring 2025.
